This worksheet shows individual pay figures. Enter your manager code to open it.

Pay period

Pick the Saturday the period starts. Saturdays are shaded on the calendar. The fourteen dates generate on the Hours & Tips tab, with Monday to Wednesday greyed out.

The points to tip pool are not retained by the house. Their value is split across the period by weighted hours and paid out in the service fee column.

Daily tips are entered per service day on the next tab. An adjustment here is not tied to a day, so it is split by weighted hours across the period.

Pool math

Hours & tips by day

Pick a day, enter that day's total tips, then hours. Anyone with more than one role gets a line per role, so a shift as a server and a shift as a barista weight differently.

Import hours from Toast

Use the Time Entries export, the one with a row per clock-in. Rows are matched to the pay period by clock-in date, so a shift running past midnight counts on the day it started. KDS terminal rows are ignored.

Distribution

Rounding is settled to the cent so both columns tie exactly to their pools. Odd cents go to the largest fractional share.

Roster, roles & points

Service points are per person and do not move with hours. Tip points belong to the role, so someone who bartends and also works the cafe counter can carry a different weight for each. Anyone inactive is left out of the run entirely.

Saved runs live in Supabase behind your manager code. Loading one replaces whatever is in the worksheet now.
